The Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience is proud to share a new publication in Anxiety, Stress, and Coping co-authored by Executive Director Dr. Chip Benight and Research Associate Professor Dr. Bernard Ricca, along with Dr. Pascal Deboeck from the University of Utah.

The study examines how posttraumatic growth (PTG) and posttraumatic distress change together over time, offering a fresh perspective on the complex pathways of recovery after adversity. Using innovative daily assessment methods, the research sheds light on how the patterns of change, rather than just the levels of growth, may play an important role in understanding resilience.
