LaDonna Reed is the Community Wellness Coordinator for the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience at UCCS. She earned her Masters of Education in Health and Wellness and took a holistic approach becoming a Certified Health Coach, Wellness Coach, and Nutritional Consultant. Focus areas of fitness, nutrition and wellness is the foundation of the services she brings to the community. With a strong athletic background and a Certified Personal Trainer, she currently competes for USA Track and Field Masters at the National level and earned a gold medal in Long Jump and two silver medals in the 100m and Javelin during the Pan American Masters Games 2024. LaDonna practices what she preaches with health and spends her time gardening, homesteading, checking in on her adult children and hiking with her husband in the great outdoors of the Colorado Rockies!
