Undergraduate researcher, Aja Zamundu, with mentorship from Dr. Heather Littleton, Associate Professor of Psychology and Director of Research Operations at the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience, received the Top Scholar award at Mountain Lion Research Days for her research project titled “Race on Campus in the Aftermath of George Floyd and Black Lives Matter.” The nationwide study looked at the prevalence of racism on U.S. campuses based on the experiences of 108 racial and ethnic minority college students.
