Dr. Lien is a Senior Instructional Designer with 20 years of experience in university, government/military, and K-12 environments. She excels in applying learning theory, pedagogical practices, teaching strategies, and technology to enhance learning. Although her career path shifted to instructional design and curriculum application, she has a strong research background, holding a Master of Arts in Curriculum & Instruction and a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Design and Technology.
