Nori is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Clinical Trauma Psychology program and works on the Healthy Families, Bright Futures project. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Psychological Sciences from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Her research interests focus on promoting resiliency in minority groups, such as LGBTQ+ and ethnically diverse youth. Her thesis at UNCW examined how sexual values mediate the relationship between internal religiosity and sexual intentions among Catholic adolescents in Mexico.
