Biography

Paige is a Clinical Psychology master’s student with a trauma concentration. She graduated from San Diego State University in 2022 where she majored in Psychology and Counseling and Social Change. Paige serves as the co-lab manager of the Cognition, Emotion, and Well-Being Lab, where she embraces many roles. In particular, she is passionate about her role as coordinator and group facilitator of the SELF-ALLIES study meant to enhance individuals' self-compassion skills, sleep quality, and promotion of overall psychological well-being.  Paige is an avid reader, sweet treat eater, and explorer of all the beautiful nature spots Colorado Springs has to offer!

Research Interests

Paige’s research interests lie in several domains in which individuals are exposed to traumatic events, but they primarily focus on survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV), moral injury, military sexual trauma, institutional betrayal, and mindful self-compassion.
